Turbo Blowers

The Turbo Blower offers high-efficiency in a compact size made possible by combining the latest design technologies of Aeronautic Compressors, Bump Foil Air Bearings and High Speed Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors (PMSM) with built in Variable Speed Drive and Programmable Logic Controller. Individual turbo blowers units can attain flow rates up to 8500 CFM and a discharge pressure up to 42 PSIG with motor horsepower range from 30 to 300 HP multiple turbo blowers can work together to provide even larger air flows.

Positive Displacement Blowers

A positive displacement blower or PD blower is a machine that "pushes" a relatively consistent volume of gas from the inlet to the blower discharge. Flow remains constant regardless of pressure changes, different from a centrifugal compressor than maintain a relatively constant pressure while the flow varies.

Fine bubble diffusers

Fine bubble diffusers are used to aerate wastewater for sewage treatment. They produce a large volume of very small air bubbles which rise slowly from the floor of a aeration tank and provide substantial and efficient mass transfer of oxygen to the water. The oxygen, combined with the food source, sewage, allows the bacteria to produce enzymes which help break down the waste so that it can settle in the secondary clarifiers or be filtered by membranes. A fine bubble diffuser is commonly manufactured in various forms: tube, disc, plate, and dome.
